How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We also accept personal checks and money orders for mail in orders. All funds must clear on personal checks before we ship. We no longer accept Discover card for payment.
When will my order ship?
It is our goal to ship all items within 5-7 days of receipt of order and will ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by you. All items will ship from either Tennessee or Oregon. If your order qualifies for free freight – ALL FREE Freight orders will ship via UPS GROUND.
Will you take a purchase order?
PO’s will be accepted only on a pre-approved basis. A credit application will be required and/or a D&B # required. If the order is very large, a deposit may be required and all PO’s will be Net 15 days. PO processing is at the discretion of the owners of GOMARKETING Enterprises, Inc.
Do we give government and school discounts?
Yes. Please call or email for coupon code and discount information. These orders must ship directly to a government agency or school or university. A PO will be accepted for these orders.
Do you ship internationally, APO, Alaska and Hawaii?Yes. Free Shipping is only to a US 48 contiguous states address. All international, APO and Alaska and Hawaii shipments will have freight calculated based on UPS and will be paid by the purchaser.
How will my order ship?
Most orders will ship via UPS Ground direct from our manufacturers in Florida or Oregon. Alternate delivery is accepted at expense of customer. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, those orders will ship via UPS Ground.
What if I have problems placing an order?
If you placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours or a shipping confirmation within 5-7 days, check your junk email box first. Then email or call us and we’ll confirm the status of your order.
